As one of two Conference Commissions, our charge is "to assist local congregations in continuing to develop vital and effective communites of faith, as they seek to equip persons to be faithful disciples of Christ. We seek to support the Conference and its congregations in the areas of education, youth ministries, and leadership development."
The Commission (CCL) is responsible for administering the Revolving Loan Fund for Churches and administering grants - the Local Leadership Development Fund for laity and clergy and Support for Small Membership Churches.
